At Ziblos, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • All tags and labels must be intact.

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Items without original packaging

    • Makeup or personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

      Refund Method:

      • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or discount coupon once we receive and inspect the returned item.
